Beige Bahia Enrichment Process

01

Crystallization

A process done by chemical means, with the function of creating a protective layer, mainly over the muddier parts of the marble, preparing the rock for subsequent resin application.

02

Resining

Process carried out from the application of epoxy resin and subsequent polishing of the same. It covers the pores that persist even after honing, providing a higher quality to the polishing. At this stage, Beige Bahia already appears shiny, highlighting the beauty of the material.

03

Polishing

The final process in the production of Polished Beige, where shine abrasives are applied in an automatic polisher, thus resulting in Polished, Resined, and Crystallized Marble.

04

Extra Shine

An ultra layer of shine, further enhancing the mirrored effect of the polishing, being a differentiating factor in Beige Bahia marble in this finish.
